RC Gliders & Motorgliders

Gliders and motorgliders are designed to glide: they use upward air currents to ensure their propulsion. Motorgliders also have a back-up engine that is used occasionally when needed. To make them take off, there are several techniques such as hand-launching, slope-launching and towing (see here our towing planes).
