How do I place my order?

Orders can only be placed on the website, or at the counter of our warehouse in Grenoble. 

It is strongly advised to log in/logout before placing your order. This will allow you to :

1. to display the VAT corresponding to your profile

2. to benefit from the discounts that concern me (pro/individuals/communities, etc...)

3. to know the possibilities of transport and the associated expenses of delivery.

Only the modes of transport corresponding to my order and my place of delivery are proposed.

Express: next day delivery for France, on items in stock only, order from Monday to Thursday before 3:00 pm paid by credit card, Paypal or bank transfer.

Classic: order prepared 24 hours after receipt of payment, on available items, then delivery times vary depending on the destination.

Note: instead of finalizing, you can also save your order to finalize it later.

Once my order is finalized, it is sent to our computer systems for processing and cannot be changed. It is impossible for us to intervene on the order.

I receive an automatic email from Flash RC confirming that my order has been validated. I keep this email carefully because it contains my order number, essential for any question or claim on this order.

At the time of the delivery, I make sure that the parcel is in good condition, that the order is complete and that no article is broken.

To do this, I open the package in the presence of the deliveryman.

+ If the order is in order, everything is fine.

+ If the box/packaging is damaged, I report it on the delivery note, take pictures and above all I refuse the delivery. I immediately inform the Flash RC team (support@flashrc.com).

+ If the packaging is not damaged but the content is not consistent with the order (missing product, wrong product), I contact the customer service of Flash RC at support@flashrc.com

Questions regarding product availability and stock levels

The stock status of each product is indicated in real time by green dots (available) or red dots (out of stock) during the search, and by these mentions with the associated colors on the previews and the product sheets.

We have a pre-order system with some suppliers, the products can be ordered directly through our site and delivered within 8 days, this is indicated on the product page.

We can also take special orders for products that we do not sell but from suppliers we work with. Just send us an email to support@flashrc.com. We will inquire about lead time, pricing and availability, and after your approval, we will create an order for you and send you a payment link.

We can still take pre-orders on some products in the catalog if we have an indicative arrival date, with a deposit or full payment depending on the type of product.

This one, if we have one, is indicated on the product sheet.

If no date is indicated, you can enter your email in the field "notify me when the product is available". You will then be notified by email as soon as the product is back in stock.

Questions related to the Flash RC customer account (creation, access, etc...)

Just click on the "create an account" tab at the top right of our home page and let us guide you.

Any request for account deletion must be made by email to our support: support@flashrc.com .

Just click on "connect", enter your email address and then "forgotten password". You will receive an email at the address you entered, containing a link to reset your password.

You just have to connect with your old address and password, then to modify it in your

change it in your customer area.

Make your order, and choose the type of transport you want.

For a relay address: enter the postal code and city of your choice.

For a home address, in the window that opens "choice of delivery address", simply click on "add a delivery address" at the bottom of the window. Once the address is entered, click on "add this delivery address". You must then select the carrier again, and then the address that was added.

Payment Issues

Credit card, payment in installments, Paypal (fees to be paid by the customer), bank transfers, and checks (except for first orders) are accepted. You can consult here our terms of payment.

Simply enter the code in the "promo code" box in the shopping cart. If the amount of this one is more important than the amount of the order, contact us.

There are different explanations, often related to the 3D Secure system now imposed by the banks, or to the fact that you have exceeded your payment limit... Contact your bank directly.

Questions about delivery or shipping

The shipping costs are offered (the most economical mode of transport) from 149€ TTC of ordered products (for the private individuals) for metropolitan France only, and except products whose length is superior or equal to 0.90 cm (balsa board, tube, CAP, certain kits of plane or glider...). 

The site calculates and gives you automatically the amount of the transport in the basket.

Any order placed on the site before 6:00 am, is prepared and shipped the same day (except weekends and holidays). La Poste delivers in 48/72h, DPD in 24/48h, TNT and Chronopost in 24h.

Orders with TNT delivery can be placed until 2pm to be shipped the same day (except weekends and holidays).

Orders with a delivery by Chronopost can be placed online until 3:00 pm to be shipped the same day (except weekends and holidays). 

To the times indicated above, it is necessary to add 1 working day of preparation before shipping.

We send it to you by email at the time of shipment, if it is not the case, check your spams. We also indicate it in your customer area, in your order history.

No, for several years, air restrictions have prohibited the transport of lipos batteries alone. Only batteries that are already in their device are tolerated.

After-sales service questions

It is IMPERATIVE to put precise reserves on the carrier's slip (qualitative and quantitative), take pictures of the package and products, refuse the package and contact us.

You should already check with your neighbors to see if anyone has picked it up for you, then check with your post office or mail carrier. Sometimes packages are flashed a few days before delivery, we encourage you to wait a few days.

You can also file a claim with the carrier's customer service department, which will question the delivery agency. If after all these steps, you still do not receive your package, thank you to contact us again.

It is two years, except for the batteries (3 months).

Yes, you have a 14 day period from the reception of your parcel to return, at your expense, the products that are not suitable, for a credit note or a refund.

You just have to make a preliminary request by e-mail so that we can give you a return number (this preliminary request is essential for any return, without it, your return will not be treated). You can consult our terms and conditions for specific cases.
