Everything aerodynamic has been tested and learned from the Predator, and developed with one of the world's best pilots for Matrix performance. We can therefore say that this is the best sports jet ever designed, with ultimate flight characteristics for precise acrobatics. All the Matrix's features and the shape of the airframe were designed by one of Aircraftstudiodesign's top designers, Mirco Pecorari, much like the charismatic styling of hypercars.

Hardware requirements:

Turbine size :

  • 100-140N for normal sport flying
  • 160-180N for 3D vector flight - Avoid high-speed, high-G flight

Servos: Total x10 (x5 standard size + x5 medium size)

  • x3 standard size at high torque
  • x2 for flaps (minimum 40kg)
  • x1 for rudder (minimum 40kg)
  • x2 for ailerons (minimum 16kg)
  • x2 for elevators (minimum 16kg)
  • x1 for vector elevator (minimum 16kg), this is an option
  • x1 for vector rudder (minimum 16kg), this is an option
  • x1 for steering (minimum 10kg)

Also requires all the usual accessories such as transmitter, receiver, batteries, power pack and possibly other small accessories.

Nota:

  • Aileron: 18mm, rudder: 50mm, elevator: 26mm.
  • Flaps: 25mm for take-off and 95mm for landing.
  • The center of gravity is 253mm from the leading edge of the wing to the fuselage. Measured with main tank empty, UAT full, landing gear down.
