The TANDEM X20R and X20RS versions feature the TD-ISRM RS internal RF module, offering outstanding performance thanks to a dual-band 900M/2.4G RF link and several combinations of RF modes. This module supports various protocols, such as TW, TD, and more, providing optimum flexibility for long-distance radio control applications.
The TD-ISRM RS RF module integrates dual TW 2.4G mode, enabling simultaneous activation of TW and ACCESS R9 modes on the same module. This enables TW and ACCESS R9 receivers to be connected via the SBUS IN/OUT ports for redundant backup. This RF solution uses three separate RF links, improving signal reliability for long-range RC applications.
The X20R and X20RS versions feature a new design, inspired by the PRO version. The lower handle is now more ergonomic, providing a more comfortable grip. The external modular housing has also been adjusted to offer more installation possibilities for external modules of different sizes and shapes, simplifying their use.
The R and RS versions incorporate two additional trimmers for improved precision adjustments. Side-mounted slider levers allow the position of the center to be adjusted to suit individual user preferences. What's more, all main components (trim caps, center slider caps and knobs) are made of metal, ensuring extra strength and durability for outdoor use.
The antenna on the X20R and X20RS has been improved to offer enhanced impact resistance, ideal for outdoor environments. The antenna's reinforced coating provides a comfortable grip while maintaining optimum signal transmission performance, guaranteeing reliable flight control. What's more, these versions feature two external antenna connectors for installing 2.4G and 900M antennas, increasing RF capabilities under LoRa mode for enhanced long-range control.
The R and RS versions incorporate 8 GB flash storage, offering high storage capacity to meet all your data needs with fast transmission. Thanks to this enhancement, the Text-to-Speech (TTS) function on X20 RS versions quickly converts typed words into speech, enabling the ETHOS system to better match operating statuses and provide clear outdoor alerts thanks to its digital audio amplifier.
The gimbal vibration feedback function can be activated or deactivated via a switch, providing independent vibration on both sides of the gimbal, for customized feedback according to the user's preferences. This haptic feedback is particularly useful for RC enthusiasts with specific requirements in a variety of flight scenarios.
MC20R gimbals feature an 8° rotating panel and can be adjusted between 45° and 60° to perfectly suit pilots' preferences. This adjustment can be made directly with a 1.5 mm hexagonal screwdriver, eliminating the need to disassemble the radio control housing, and facilitating outdoor adjustments.
