Replaces the CT500 servo. Works with a new circuit.
New FUTABA "Low profile" servo for high-power RC models with metal gearing.
New HPS brushless motor technology specially designed for higher performance and better cooling. (SR compatible)
This servo has been developed for use with the Futaba F4G system

Technical specifications:
- High-performance digital HPS servo S.BUS2
- Plastic housing
- Metal gearing
- Brushless HPS motor technology
- T-FHSS SR (Super Response) compatible
- High voltage
- Ball bearings (x2)
- Low-wear potentiometer
- High resolution
- High feedback accuracy

With the new HPS technology, energy consumption is reduced over the entire operating time. Like all S.BUS2 servos, the HPS-CT501 can be connected to all conventional receivers with PWM modulation, and can be optimally adapted to the respective application conditions by programming.

The servo is fully compatible with the SR mode ("Super Response": fastest signal transmission) of the T7XC, T7PX and T4PM.

This servo can be programmed in different ways:
1. With the handy SBC-1 programmer
2. On the PC with the CIU-3 USB adapter
3. On the transmitter's S.BUS connection

The following parameters can be set:
- S. BUS channel assignmentBUS channels
- Servo rotation direction
- Soft start (on / off)
- Mode selection in case of Hold or Free signal failure
- Soft servo operation (on / off)
- Servo position (servo tester)
- Servo center adjustment +/- 300 µs (approx. 30 degrees)
- Servo speed, 0.39 - 9 seconds per 45 degrees
- Deadband definition (deadband)
- Left and right servo travel adjustment separately, approx. 50 to 175%
- Starting power
- Damping
- Holding power
