The Pilot-RC Extra NG 67″ is a radio-controlled aerobatic airplane inspired by the Extra NG unveiled by Extra Aircraft in 2019. With its 1.70 m wingspan, it is designed for both precision aerobatics and 3D flight.

Its airframe benefits from a hybrid construction combining wood and composite materials to reinforce the fuselage and wings. The model also features the Pilot-RC quick-release system for the wings, elevator, SFGs, and canopy. The canopy can be quickly removed, making battery replacement easier when using an electric setup.

The wings are removable to simplify transport and storage. The engine mounting position is laser-engraved, and the engine cowl is attached from the inside so that no screws are visible on the exterior.
