The history of Flash RC

The first logo of Flash RC at its launch in 2006!

The history of Flash RC, we owe it to Hervé, a model aircraft enthusiast. He practices this hobby during all his free time, in family with his father and his brother... His greatest passion? the glider!

After struggling to find parts to fly higher, farther and longer, Hervé started in 2005 to import parts to resell them on Ebay.

He immediately met a certain success because it meets a real need: to easily find quality products for RC model aircraft. That's why he quickly abandons Ebay to create his own e-commerce site dedicated to RC aeromodeling. We are in 2006, FlashRC.com is born!

Today, a team and a warehouse 100% Grenoble

Flash RC today is still based in the Grenoble area and includes :

- a warehouse to store products: all our products are held in stock in our warehouse to deliver you as soon as possible (except for some products when mentioned on the product page)

- a sales counter

- and of course an office, next to the warehouse, to host the administrative team and the customer service.

The Flash RC team has grown since the creation in 2006.

Today it includes:

- A team that handles order processing, shipping and receiving. This is really the heart of Flash RC!

- a team of experts who take care of customer service and technical support

- an administrative team that takes care of the secretariat, communication etc...

  • Orthographe ... et ergonomie du site

    Un petit rappel sur les règles orthographiques et la ponctuation : en français, les ponctuations composées de 2 figures ( ; ? ! et : ) sont toujours précédées d'un espace !
    Ce sera plus agréable à la lecture de vos textes et cela détournera moins l'attention du visiteur.

    PS : de façon générale je trouve beaucoup moins agréable votre site (par rapport à votre ancien site) mais je reconnai qu'il s'améliore par rapport à ses débuts, il manque souvent des descriptifs sur certains articles (plan avec côtes des servos par exemple, mode opératoire en ligne ...)

    Replied by: Ju On 30/04/2024 Bonjour, Merci d'avoir pris le temps de nous faire ce commentaire. Nous faisons notre possible et allons renforcer notre attention sur ces points. Nous essayons d'apporter le plus de contenu possible sur nos fiches produits, mais avec plus de 20000 références, pas facile d'aller dans le détail, surtout si l'information n'est pas fournie par le fabricant. On va continuer de nous améliorer! Merci!!
