Kit - Version "P" = Main rotor head and plastic tail

The 470EFL main rotor head provides superior flight stability and offers a lower CG to reduce flight resistance while providing a stiffer and faster rotor head response.
To improve the strength and durability of the main shaft and blade bearing shaft, the outer dimension of the 470L's main shaft has been increased from Ø5mm to Ø6mm, while the outer dimension of the blade bearing shaft has been increased from Ø4mm to Ø5mm
The470L has adopted a high standard of 1.2mm 3K carbon fiber for the main frame and a wider body design which increases the size of the battery compartment allowing the use of the larger capacity battery.
The 470L utilizes an efficient design for the drive belt with an innovative adjustable guide pulley, providing a convenient means of adjusting the belt tension by loosening or tightening the screw. This screw is used to maintain optimal belt tension improving belt life and lowering costs.
The landing pad is angled 5 degrees forward to improve impact resistance and make the T-REX470L more dynamic.

The T-REX 470L is equipped with a 470MX (1800KV) brushless motor with a large outer diameter offering superior power, excellent torque, optimized fuel consumption, and lower operating temperature. The 470MX is capable of maintaining constant torque and head speed through continuous 3D maneuvers. The 470MX motor is designed for 3D flight.
The new RCE-BL50X brushless controller with an internal BEC provides 5.0V to 8.4V which can be adjusted according to the servos used.
The new high-end electronics effectively improve flight performance.

• The extended 380mm main blades improve flight stability, power and performance.
• The new airfoil design effectively reduces turbulence at the tip of the main blades, saving power consumption during extreme 3D flights.
• The new 69mm tail blades are longer and provide superior tail holding performance, even during demanding 3D flight.
• The new Swashplate design provides precise flight control. Manufactured using the latest composite technology, the swashplate incorporates brass inserts into the main shaft bearing support. This improves the integrity and strength of the structure. You will notice its strength even in extreme 3D flight.
• The carbon fiber frame blanks are manufactured using an exclusive composite material technology that integrates the battery mounting rails. This unique use of recesses in the frame creates a rigid and highly aesthetic chassis.
• A third bearing support increases the strength of the main frame while improving 3D flight.
• The all-new locking battery holder that uses mounting rails integrated into the frame simplifies insertion and removal of the battery while providing protection for the battery.
• Specially designed for the T-REX 470, the RCE-BL50X ESC's BEC output provides higher power output and compatibility with HV servos.
• The innovative adjustable belt guide pulley, allows convenient adjustment of belt tension by loosening or tightening a screw. This screw is used to maintain optimal belt tension over time.
• The unidirectional bearing (freewheel) is made of steel; a heat treatment allows to obtain a standard hardness of HRC50-55. This larger bearing has a higher load capacity which reduces the loss of momentum improving the speed and smoothness of the main rotor. The newly designed all-metal main gear and center pulley transmission system provides optimal performance.
