MOTOR X45TP_LR Xicoy_ 5.5kW_Version COMPACT

The X45 turboprop is not only the most powerful in its class, it's also compact, lightweight and equipped with the most advanced electronics.
Developed from the X45's Thrust turbine, it incorporates a second power stage that has been specially designed for the X45 with two main factors in mind: reliability and performance.

The mounting system has been designed not only for large aircraft, but also for our customers, with easy installation in mind. The X45TP can be mounted on any existing 50 to 100 cm3 firewall, without the need for costly secondary brackets.
The electronics include an output speed sensor which is used to protect the engine and propeller from overspeed by regulating output speed.

The X45 turboprop is offered in two different gearbox ratios to maximize airframe power requirements, bring flexibility to the airframe and allow a greater variety of propeller combinations.

The LR (low ratio) model is suitable for propellers running at up to 8,000 rpm.

The HR (high ratio) model is suitable for propellers up to 6,500 rpm.

Thanks to the X45's low residual thrust, idle speed is very low, enabling controlled taxiing and landing.
