Instructions for use:
1) Select pushrod 4, 5 or 6 according to the diameter of the shaft on which the pinion is mounted:
Shafts above Ø3.0mm > push pin Ø2.9mm
Shafts above Ø2.0mm > push pin Ø1.9mm
Shafts above Ø1.0mm > push pin Ø0.9mm
2) Thread the chosen pushrod into the cavity of threaded part 2 3) Screw in screw 8 to immobilize the pushrod 4) Slide support plate 3 under the pinion, engaging it on the appropriate side according to the diameter of the pushrod 5) Thread the pinion puller assembly onto the support plate through the guide machined on the lower inner part of body 1. 6) Screw threaded part 2 into body 1 until it comes into contact with the plunger on the top of the shaft. Ensure that the plunger rests on the top of the shaft only and not on the pinion to be extracted.
7) Then screw on threaded part 2 to extract the pinion. Secure the support plate against rotation.
