The Ares XL was developed from the renowned Ares Indoor platform, originally created in collaboration with Krill Aircraft and Jack Jehle. With the XL version, we took the concept even further, resulting in a larger outdoor model featuring a fully aerodynamic wing profile, delivering a unique flying experience and characteristics much closer to those of true large-scale fighter jets.

Specially designed for outdoor flight, the profiled wing offers significantly improved flight characteristics compared to the indoor version. The aircraft is exceptionally stable, precise, and predictable in all conditions. The wing profile inspires confidence in turns, improves energy retention during high-speed passes, and provides an overall more refined and realistic flight behavior.

One of the things that impressed us most during development was its incredible wind resistance. The Ares XL remains stable and precise even in conditions where traditional EPP models start losing their stability. In flight, it is smooth, secure, and highly realistic—behaving more like a large composite jet than a traditional foam model.

Its construction combines lightness, high strength, and durability. The EPP material offers excellent impact resistance and is very easy to repair, even after hard landings or minor bumps. At the same time, the model remains agile and dynamic while maintaining a stable and precise flight feel.

The Ares XL is the result of extensive development with a clear goal: to create a durable, precise, and exceptionally high-performance EPP aircraft that gives the sensation of flying a large jet fighter in a compact and convenient form.
