The CYCLONE XT is the further development of its predecessor CYCLONE. With an incredible wingspan of 6.20 m, it is the giant in the electric glider sky! The epithet XT stands for "Extended". The model has a GRP painted fuselage and two two-piece wings with Abachi planks and GRP underlay. Its new LS 6330-15 brushless motor is designed for 8S LiPo operation for powerful climbs and easy launch cart takeoff.The outer surface design, surface electrical coupling using MPX connectors in the mounting frames and the new LS 6330-15 long shaft drive motor are the main features of the new Cyclone XT, along with the increased wing span. The canopy latch has been moved aft under the wing/fuselage molding, as is typical for larger glider models.The QG/W profile has been retained. It extends from a QG/W-2.5/12 at the root to a QG/W-2.5/11 in the center and ends at the winglet with a QG/W-3/10.5. This is an excellent way to do extended thermal flights, as this is the job of the CYCLONE XT. The flight characteristics are as usual good and quiet.PNP version (incl. motor, carbon propeller, cone, servo motors) .
